Does BoxCase replace our CRM?
It can hold the operational sales record and tenant lifecycle, but it does not need to replace a sales CRM immediately. Leads and tenants can be synchronised through integrations.
Do all tenants use the same workflow?
No. The platform is shared, while forms, terminology, document requirements and workflows are configured per tenant vertical.
Can we start with the sales funnel only?
Yes. The safest rollout starts with pipeline tracking and expands to tenant provisioning and metrics once handoffs are stable.
